Early Life

César Felipe Millán Favela, also known as the dog boy, was born in rural Culiacán on August 27th. His childhood consisted of working with and near animals from a young age. He grew up surrounded by pigs his grandfather rented out to other farmers for breeding purposes; he would clean their pens and feed them fresh produce daily after school. At 18 years old when Cesar’s mother died tragically during childbirth due to complications relating to her diabetes diagnosis, it became apparent that there were some things one could not control like disease or death which led him into the United States illegally at 21 years old looking for work opportunities outside of farm life back home where no cars existed only horses.
