Favourite Quotes from Enrique Iglesias
“I wouldn’t change anything. I’ve made mistakes, but thanks to those mistakes, I’ve learned.” Enrique Iglesias said in an interview with Elle Magazine that he “wouldn’t trade any of it [his life] for the world,” and this is a sentiment shared by many people who have gone through difficult times before finding success. Life has taught us so much about ourselves–if we didn’t make these tough choices or take on challenges, how could we know what would happen if faced with them?
“I mean, I do consider that my music is pop because I’ve been influenced by pop music since the beginning of time; 80s culture was what moulded me into who I am today. The best thing about it all? All those memories create a lane for me to keep on walking down. There are days when waking up and complaining means you have had too many good times in your life, but also remember how great they were, so pinch yourself and say, ‘that’s for having no complaints.’ Not many people can wake up every day knowing exactly what they want from their lives.”
